Chinese tablets are something we’re seeing every day now and we only talk about fresh new products here. A new entry is the Phecda P7 slate, shown in the following pictures and based on Android 2.1.
This Shenzhen unit will apparently get an Android 2.2 Froyo update in the future and we learn that it comes with a multitouch 7 inch WVGA display, a 650MHz ARM11 Telechips TCC8901 processor, 256MB RAM and 4GB of internal storage.
An SD card slot is also on board, as well as two USB ports, HDMI output and a 1300 mAh battery, that’ll provide 4 hours of use. Full 1080p video playback is supported on the device, that should hit China soon for around $220.
