Pantech Element, the LTE tablet spotted in a post at the AT&T store was a topic on our website before, but now we also get a price tag and a launch timeframe. The product is supposed to come next week, with a $300 price tag, according to insider info.
The AT&T store I mentioned already had official marketing material for the new slate, so the product’s coming folks, for real. The price is also pretty appealing, for this 8 inch waterproof tablet with 1.5GHz processor and 16GB of internal memory. 16GB of internal storage and that latest gen of connectivity sound pretty appealing and in case you’re wondering, the $300 price tag applies to a two year commitment, or you can skip the contract and pay $450 for the slate.
Expect a special order available in the week of January 15th, with units hitting the store shelves in the following weeks. Expect a hands on available in the next days or maybe in the next hours. However, we may be more into the tablets at CES than this one to be honest…
