The device you can see in the images below is a tablet known as Pad, a simple name, that hides a bunch of pretty decent specs, like a 10.2 inch display, 3G support, WiFi a/b/g, 3 USB ports, an Ethernet port and VGA output. There’s also an SD card reader on board, a 1.3 megapixel webcam and a microphone.

The tablet weighs under a kilo, uses a 1.6 GHz Atom CPU, 1GB of RAM, a 160GB HDD and the screen’s resolution is 1024 x 600 pixels. Pad was developed in order to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Seline, now available in version 10 with a touchscreen interface and a dedicated keyboard. Handwriting recognition is also on board and the device can run Windows 7.
