OnePlus is holding the mother of all events on February 7th, where they’ll showcase the global version of OnePlus 11. They’re also going to unveil several other products, including a 65 inch TV and also their very first tablet, the OnePlus Pad.

We’ve covered the OnePlus Pad multiple times, but now we finally have a launch date, or better said an announcement date. The device goes live on February 7th, when OnePlus holds an event in India. The tablet was spotted on the OnePlus 11 5G microsite, confirming it’s legit. There’s a section for the OnePlus Pad, where there’s a placeholder for more details to be revealed.

It only says “Boxes come in all shapes and sizes” right now, with a drawing of the tablet next to it. The assumption is that the OnePlus Pad has symmetrical thin bezels on 3 sides. Teasers are expected soon. OnePlus has been rumored to launch a tablet for years now and finally we’ll get one on February 7th. The slate went into private testing this month in India and it was also certified with the EUIPO trademark in 2021.

It’s expected to be a tweaked version of one of the OPPO tablets on the market. If it’s the OPPO Pad, than it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor, an 8360 mAh battery and an IPS LCD 120 Hz 11 inch screen. There’s 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM and also 128 or 256 GB of storage. If it’s the OPPO Pad Air, it gets an IPS LCD 10.36 inch screen, Snapdragon 680 4G CPU, 4 GB RAM or 6 and 64 or 128 GB of storage, plus quad speakers.

Update: new renders!

However, a recent set of leaked renders talk about an 11 inch screen, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 CPU and an unibody metal case, with a rounded camera area. That seems inspired by the OnePlus 11 camera.
