Yesterday we told you about the upcoming Tegra 4 7 inch slate Nvidia Tegra Tab and today we spot it in the AnTuTu benchmark. The device is now called the Nvidia Tegra Tab 7 and a prototype of it was seen back in the days of the Tegra 4 introduction keynote.
The AnTuTu benchmark shown below confirms the presence of a Tegra 4 SoC and this device scores over 27k points, which is not a bad scored, but it’s also on par with the Snapdragon 600 on some devices. The Tegra Tab 7 runs Android 4.2.2 and has a CPU clocked at 1.8 GHz. Other leaks have claimed it comes with stylus support, a microUSB and microHDMI port, a 5 megapixel camera and a 7 inch display with a 1280 x 736 pixel resolution.
A SIM tray and microSD card slot are also expected to be on board and hardcore gaming features are a must, since this model is supposed to be a Shield companion of sorts. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Tegra Tab 7 tablet was announced at IFA 2013 together with all the other goodies rumored for a Berlin debut.
