At the end of the current month Microsoft plans to expand the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 coverage to an extra 25 markets. On August 28th, the Redmond giant will debut its latest Surface tablet in places like Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, UK, the Netherlands and many more.

The device has already been launched in Japan and Microsoft claims it was well received in the US, especially in businesses and schools. The Surface Pro 3 with fourth gen Intel Core i3, Core i5 or Core i7 processors will be available on Microsoftstore.com, Surface retail partners and authorized device resellers from the 28th this month. Preorders for all 3 versions of the Surface Pro 3 start today in most of the 25 markets, with delivery starting on the date mentioned above.

This tablet comes with a 12 inch display with a 2160 x 1440 pixel resolution, a battery that on paper offers 9 hours of web browsing and 64/128 GB of storage with the 4 GB RAM version or 256/512 GB with the 8 GB RAM version. You also get Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, a digital compass, USB 3.0 port, microSD card slot, mini DisplayPort and Windows 8.1 Pro, plus a pair of 5 megapixel cameras. Prices start at $799.
