Micromax is in a bit of a turnmoil, as its CEO has just resigned, but that didn’t stop the company from launching its first budget 4G tablet, the Micromax Canvas Tab P702. Priced at $118, this model is pictured below.

Indian firm Micromax is known for its affordable slates and phones and this time they’re debuting a dual SIM 4G tablet with Android 5.1 Lollipop and a 5 megapixel rear camera. It comes with a 2 MP front shooter, a 3000 mAh battery and DTS acoustics. The back camera has autofocus and LED flash to offer.

The tablet integrates a 7 inch 1280 x 720 pixel IPS screen and relies on a MediaTek quad core CPU, as well as 2 GB of RAM. It comes bundled with an USB OTG cable and headphones, plus 7 Kindle ebooks worth $22. Available in black and white, the device offers up to 3 hours of functioning time.
