Break open your piggy banks, as Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet in the 4G LTE version will be coming your way on July 28th. Priced at $529 and selling through Verizon, this model will be available in 16GB and 32GB flavors, with the latter going for $629.

This device ships with Honeycomb 3.1, features a dual core NVIDIA Tegra 2 CPU, WiFi, a 10.1 inch 1280 x 800 pixel display and a 3 megapixel camera… that sounds quite strange. Either our source has it wrong, or Samsung is about to make a big mistake. I sure hope that’s an 8 megapixel camera at the back and not a 3MP one.

Anyhow, this slate will come with 3 monthly data plans from Verizon, including a $30 2GB option, a $50 5GB option and a $80 10GB option. As far as speed goes, you get downloads of 5 to 12Mbps and uploads of 2 to 5 Mbps in 4G mobile broadband coverage areas.
