The Lenovo Yoga Tablet, unveiled in late October in USA is now preparing for launch in Europe. The device has 3 modes of usage: hold, stand and tilt, all of them helped by that rounded base area.
The product is part of the Lenovo multi mode strategy and this Yoga Tablet is designed with a kickstand integrated on the back and a cylindrical battery. Lenovo claims that said battery can offer up to 18 hours of usage, at least when you’re reading. This slate will actually come in two sizes: a 10 incher for $299 and an 8 incher for $249, with 16 or 32 GB of memory, plus a microSD card slot.
Each slate packs a 5 MP back camera and a front 1.6 MP webcam. Inside we find a quad core 1.2 GHz CPU, 1 GB of RAM and on the connectivity side there’s WiFi and 3G. The OS of choice here is Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. Will this format become big or have the same fate as the first Yoga, the one that never made it to the stores?
