Lenovo did another solid Android push today, by announcing a new product with this OS, the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ slate, pictured below. This model impresses us with a 9000 mAh battery, that should provide 18 hours of battery life during multimedia activities.
The screen here is a Full HD 10 incher and the specs include an aluminum case with a massive aluminum stand integrated into the back side. This one is supposed to keep the tablet propped up, in order to grant an improved viewing angle for the movies. The product may seem massive, but it’s actually in the same league as the Nexus 10, at 1.35 lbs.
The specifications for this model include a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU clocked at 1.6 GHz. It’s not specified what kind of CPU it is, but my guess is Snapdragon 400, rather than Snapdragon 600, because that one is usually clocked at 1.9 GHz. The tablet also offers 32 GB of storage, a microSD card slot, WiFi and HSPA+ with up to 42 Mbps in download speed.
Bluetooth 4.0 is also here and in case you’re wondering, no, we don’t have a price tag for this model yet.
