Another week, another Lenovo laptop on the horizon, this time an IdeaPad model, that’s got a 14 inch screen and a compact format. Interestingly, the speculations and news about the newcomer appeared courtesy of a listing on the Lenovo European website, which mentions one extra model compared to the US site.

It’s the Lenovo IdeaPad 530S, listed right after the 14 inch IdeaPad 520S. Believe it or not specs are also listed, starting with a 14 inch 1920 x 1080 pixel display and also offering a Quad HD option. There’s also an 8th gen Intel Core i7 processor and your choice of Intel HD, NVIDIA MX130, NVIDIA M150 GPU options. RAM is available in 4 GB, 8 GB and 16 GB versions, plus the storage goes from 128 GB to 256 GB and 512 GB of PCIe SSD.

Connectivity is rather typical for nowadays: USB Type-C 3.1, two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, HDMI and SD card reader. There’s also an audio jack and stereo speakers with Dolby Audio and Harmon, too. The battery life is up to 8 hours and we’ve also got an optional fingerprint scanner. Available in black, copper, blue and grey, the device weighs 3.3 pounds and ships with Windows 10 S, but can be swapped with Windows 10 Home for free.

No price has been announced, but yet another listing, at Zones.com shows a $920 price tag for the Core i5 8th gen, 8 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD model.
