Today, the Indian producer Lava Mobiles announced the launch of a new calling tablet called IvoryE. This one offers 2G connectivity and it also comes with two-SIM slots, making it the perfect device for those who want using the tablet for messaging and voice call among other things like entertainment.
IvoryE offers a 7-inch LCD display with a 1.024 x 600 pixels resolution, a dual-core MediaTek processor clocked at 1.3 GHz, a Mali 400 GPU, 1 GB of RAM, 4 GB space of internal storage, a microSD card slot up to 32 GB, a 2-megapixel rear camera, a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera, and Android JellyBean as default operating system.
On the connectivity side we get GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, a 3.5-mm audio jack and a microUSB v2.0 port. Lava IvoryE weighs 300 grams, and measures 8.9 mm in thickness with a 2.500 mAh battery inside the case. This tablet will arrive on the Indian market at a $ price tag in two color variations: silver or champagne.
