If you own a Lamborghini you may want to show your blessing to the rest of the world by owning a similarly branded phone or tablet… Thus you’ll be happy to know that Lambo introduced an Android smartphone with its branding, the TL700 and a tablet as well, the L2800.
The slate runs an underwhelming Android 2.3, but has an Android 4.0 update coming “eventually”. For some reason the design of the tablet reminds me of the Motorola Xoom 2 a bit. Anyway, know that this device has some unimpressive specs, including a 9.7 inch 1024 x 768 sapphire crystal display, a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm processor and a 5 megapixel rear camera. There’s also a 2MP front cam on board, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of ROM. Lamborghini L2800 is not made of gold, in spite of what you may think.
If you wonder about the phone, the TL700 model features a Sapphire Crystal display, Qualcomm CPU, a 1400 mAh battery and Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The casing is made of gold and crocodile skin and its price is $2,750. The slate will be priced at around $2,286, so once again a hefty amount of money.
