JXD has released gaming devices before, but none with such fuss as the Singularity S192 model, that was detailed last fall. It’s only now that’s coming to preorder phase, at least in the UK, where it goes for $316.
Retailer Funstock Retro has it and it seems the price has gone up to from the original $299. The actual launch goes down on May 6th, but it could be help up, because JXD has yet to confirm exact release dates. The device has to offer an Nvidia Tegra K1 chipset, as well as 2 GB of LPDDR3 RAM, a 7 inch Full HD screen and dual speakers.
There’s also Full Metal HiFi bass and a generous 10,000 mAh battery, plus a main 13 megapixel camera. At the front there’s a 5 MP shooter and the OS here is Android 4.2.2. Up to 6 hours of gameplay are promised and all of that is packed within a body that looks like an expanded console joystick We get dual analog sticks, 4 action buttons and also a directional pad.
