iBall has debuted a new tablet, one priced at an affordable $199 and sporting an 8 inch HD screen. Dubbed iBall Slide Brace X1 Mini, the device feels very much like a Lenovo Yoga tablet.
This is a smaller version of the Slide Brace X1 tablet, that already debut a while back. This device packs a 1.3 GHz quad core CPU and runs the old Android 4.4 KitKat. It also brings a main 8 megapixel camera, a front 5 MP shooter and comes with dual SIM support. There’s also 3G and voice calling in the mix, plus support for up to 15 regional languages.
Also on board are 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage and a microSD card slot. There’s a 5200 mAh battery in the mix and the product is already available on Indian retail stores. In the meantime, iBall is also preparing to launch the Slide Avonte 7 tablet, the model pictured below, packing a 13 megapixel rotating camera with autofocus and LED flash. That one also runs KitKat and uses quad core CPU, dual SIM slots and 3G.
