For some strange reason Huawei decided to use Siri to tease some new devices that they’ll showcase at MWC 2014, that starts exactly one week from now. They promise amazing devices, a LTE model, a handset and a tablet.
Interestingly enough they even ask if this is Huawei that Siri is talking about, or maybe a “fruit” (Apple), or perhaps “some song”, which is clearly Samsung. So, the video promises us innovation and one of the areas will be the battery life, judging by one of the animations. Also, the slate in the video looks pretty thin, I have to say.
Among the newcomers we could find the Huawei MediaPad X1, a new 7 inch Android tablet that was leaked days ago and it’s expected to hit the market in March. Huawei is one of the biggest players in the world of telecom equipment, if not the biggest, so they have to innovate in all related areas to keep their status.
