Today, Huawei and Coolpad launched two new Android phablets that come with a 7-inch display. The Huawei Honor X1 and the Coolpad 9976A are available in China at a pricetag of $326.
The Huawei Honor X1 packs a Kirin 910 quad-core processor clocked at 1.6 GHz, an Full HD 7-inch screen, 2 GB of RAM, 8 GB of storage, a 13 megapixel camera on the back and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The other phablet, Coolpad 9976A comes with a 7-inch Full HD display, an 8-core MediaTek MT6592 processor clocked at 1.7 GHz, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage, a 13-megapixel main camera and a 5 megapixel front-facing camera.
Huawei will sell two versions of the Honor X1, the 3G at $293, and the 4G LTE model at $326. According to local media reports, the 4G version has received almost one milion pre-orders. We also findout that the Honor X1 will arrive in Europe at a higher price – $552/ EUR 399.
