Honor held an event this week, during which it showcased both the Honor 200 Lite 5G phone in France, but also a new tablet, the Honor Pad 9 Pro. It has a 12.1 inch 144 Hz display, a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor and a 10.050 mAh battery.

This comes two months after the brand unveiled the Honor Pad 9 at MWC 2024. The Honor Pad 9 Pro tablet comes with a 12.1 inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and 144 Hz refresh rate. The screen shows 1.07 billion colors and covers the entire DCI-P3 color gamut. There are options here with up to 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.

The tablet runs on Android 14 and the new MagicOS 8.0, plus it comes with a generous 10.050 mAh battery with support for 35W fast charging. It includes quad speakers and quad tweeters. Other specs include a 13 MP back shooter and a 5 MP front camera. It all measures 6.64 mm in thickness and weighs 589 grams. On the connectivity front we get support for Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, 5G and USB-C.

Price and availability

Honor Pad 9 Pro comes in two colors: Starry Gray and Sky Blue. It’s priced at $303 for the 8 GB RAM version with 256 GB of storage or $345 for the 12 GB RAM version and 256 GB storage.
