Chinese company Hisense has made the news once or twice before through some interesting slates and today we get to know the new Hisense Sero 7+ model, that was spotted at the FCC. This is an entry level tablet, that could come to USA soon enough.

This is the refreshed version of the Sero 7, that debuted last year and it comes with upgraded specs. This is still an entry level model, with a 7 inch 1024 x 600 pixel display, a dual core Rockchip processor and 1 GB of RAM. Hisense could sell this model for the same amount as the predecessor: $99. The tablet looks pretty basic, design-wise and it comes with 8 GB of storage and a 2 megapixel back camera.

Its CPU is clocked at 1.2 GHz and other feats include a VGA front camera and a 3000 mAh battery. There’s a speaker at the back and the main camera hole looks quite big in these images. I expect at least Android 4.2 to be on it, if not KitKat.
