The upcoming Google Pixelbook registered a pretty big leak in mid September and now fresh details have surfaced. The Chrome OS laptop is scheduled to debut in less than 24 hours, during a special Google event, focused on the Pixel 2 devices. Let’s see the new details!

The Google Pixelbook is confirmed by now to be a Chromebook, on that will have a 12.3 inch screen and 128, 256 GB or 512 GB of storage. Prices are said to be $1199 for the 128 GB model and $1749 for the 512 GB model. They may have different RAM setups. Leaks also mention Intel Core i5 processors inside both devices, but we don’t have any info about the clock speeds offered here.

The Pixelbook is quite different from the Chromebook Pixel, because it’ll be able to fold into a tablet. There will also be a Pixelbook Pen, a stylus priced at $99. The Pixelbook Pen is pressure sensitive, it comes with tilt support and no lag, according to rumors. Interestingly, the source of the leak, electronics reseller Synnex also mentioned something called “Google Clips”.

This is mentioned as a “computer accessory” and may be a sort of productivity device, like the Surface Dial maybe. We’re prepared for surprises during the October 4th event that’s coming soon.
