Pixel Qi was all the rage at some point, but lately we haven’t heard anything about this display technology. However, the screen with an amazing ability to show content in direct sunlight is back, this time at Computex 2010 on the Innoversal Lattice tablet. The device gets pictured below and detailed in the video at the end of the article:

Lattice features a 10.1 inch, 1024×600 Pixel Qi display, a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, an SSD with 64GB storage space, WiFi b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0. There’s also an integrated 3G modem on board and you can choose your own OS for this slate, with the options being Windows, Linux or Google Chrome.

The latter remains a mystery, specially as far as the launch date is concerned, but it would be nice to see Lattice as the very first device to run it. Here’s a video of the new tablet:
