I’ve seen quite a bunch of smartphones and phablets with octa core processors lately, so one more can do no harm. This time we’re glancing at a tablet with a 6.95 inch display and an octa core processor.

The new model is called Carpad T69 Max and it comes from China, packing Android. The device looks like a smaller iPad Mini and even adopts a Home button to keep the resemblance going. The device integrates a LTPS OGS display with Full HD resolution and inside we find a MediaTek octa core processor clocked at 1.7 GHz, as well as 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage and an SD card slot.

There’s also dual SIM support, USB OTG, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS and a 4200 mAh battery. The product will debut soon priced at $350 or close to it, so it all sounds very good. What I’d like to know about this device is how thick and heavy it actually is, since it looks pretty slim.
