I have heard countless names of tablets and phones, some crazier than other, but BungBungame Kalos 2 takes the cake. This is the name of a tablet that was just launched in Japan, after being a long, long time coming.
Unveiled at Computex 2015 last summer, it’ll be on sale in Japan from April 14th, for around $499. This device will also come to Europe and USA, not only Asia. It stands out through the 10.5 inch Super AMOLED screen with a 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution and inside we find the famous Samsung Exynos 7420 2.1 GHz processor, that powered the Galaxy S6.
3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage round up the list, as well as a microSD card slot. WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac MIMO 2×2 is available too, as well as Bluetooth 4.1, NFC, GPS, Glonass and an USB Type C port, plus infrared sensor. Camera-wise, there’s an 8 MP main shooter and a front 5 MP cam, too. The battery life is a pretty solid 9 hours, courtesy of a 5800 mAh power source.
And to top it all, this is also a compact model, at 6.4 mm in thickness and 430 grams in weight.
