ASUS has just introduced in Russia its ZenPad C 7.0 tablet, one of the affordable slates in the ZenPad lineup. The device comes with Android on board and it has modest specs, that include a 7 inch screen with a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution.
It also does 3G and phone calling (in separate versions), so it’s part of that popular tablet segment. ZenPad C 7.0 is available in black, white, red and silver and is split between a WiFi version and 3G version. The ZenPad C 7.0 Z170C WiFi model and Z170CG 3G model come with Intel Atom x3 chipsets, while the ASUS ZenPad C7.0 Z170MG, the one with phone calls has a quad core MediaTek MT8383V chipset.
Android 5.0 Lollipop is available here, covered by ZenUI and there’s a 2 MP back camera, a front 0.3 MP shooter and DTS HD Premium Sound tech on board. 8 GB or 16 GB of storage are present here, plus 1 GB of RAM, GPS and Glonass. Priced at $134 or $150, the device goes on sale in mid August.
