After we previously saw a couple of teasers with the Asus PadFone X, a device that will be released through the american operator AT&T, now the international version of it it’s getting ready for the launch at the Computex 2014 conference. This device will be named Asus PadFone S and it’s a hybrid one because it packs both a smartphone device and a tablet dock.
The smartphone comes with a 5-inch Full HD display, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8974 800 processor clocked at 2.3 GHz, 4G LTE, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage, a microSD card slot up to 64 GB, a 13-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
The 5-inch device also hs a 2.300 mAh battery, a water ressistant certification, NFC, wireless charging and many other functions. The tablet docks offers a 8.9-inch Full HD display, a built-in front-facing camera of 1-megapixel, dual-stereo speackers and a 4.990 mAh battery. Asus PadFone S will be released during Computex 2014 and it will have a $664 pricetag.
