After it was announced back in this summer, more precisely in June, now we found out that the Asus Fonepad 8 tablet will arrive this month on other markets too at a $200 price tag. This 3G device is already available in some countries from Asia, locations where it’s sold at prices between $199 and $230.

Asus Fonepad 8 brings a 8-inch IPS display with a HD resolution of 1.280 x 800 pixels, a quad-core Intel Atom Z3560 processor (64-bit) clocked at 1.83 GHz, 1 GB of RAM memory, 8 or 16 GB space of internal storage, a 5-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera and Android 4.4 KitKat operating system.

Among other features we also get a 3G communication module and two SIM slots, components that will transform our tablet into a big smartphone that can be later used for making voice calls or for SMS.
