It’s not that easy to find a sub $200 Jelly Bean tablet nowadays, but a $130 one is real bargain. Such is the case of the Allview Speed City model, pictured below and unboxed in the video after the break. We had a bit of fun with this tablet offered by Romanian brand Allview.
We’re dealing with a dual core model here, one that adopts a Cortex A9 1.5 GHz processor and runs Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean. The tablet measures 9.7 mm in thickness, it weighs 327 grams and features a TFT LCD 7 inch display, with a 800 x 480 pixel resolution. The screen has a 16:9 aspect ratio and moving on to the unboxing, inside the box of the device we find the charger, USB cable, manual, a code for the Bitdefender Mobile Security antivirus and the slate.
I must also mention that this model uses a Mali 400 MP2 GPU, 8 GB of flash storage and 1 GB of DDR3 RAM. The tablet is available in black or white, has a microSD card slot, WiFi, HDMI and a 0.3 MP front camera. Finally, this gizmo is powered by a Li-Polymer 3200 mAh battery, good enough for about 4 hours of use. We’ll be back with more details once we finish testing this product.
