Alldocube is one of the B brands in China, but they do make some decent tablets. Among them is a new model called Alldocube Mini 2, which has just been detailed and specced. This is an 8.4 incher with UFS storage and Android 14.
The Alldocube Cube Mini 2 packs a 5 megapixel front camera and a 13 megapixel back shooter. It also offers a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and runs Android 14 out of the box. The Cube Mini 2 has an atypical chipset, not even an Unisoc, a Rockchip. It’s a RK3588 unit, that doesn’t support UFS storage, so it’s odd to see that spec listed. This CPU was released by Rockchip in 2022 and it comes with a Mali-G610 MC4 GPU.
It’s an 8 nm CPU with an octa core setup, clocked at 2.4 GHz and offering support for HDMI and DisplayPort. The UFS storage here has a sequential read speed of 1450 MB/s and a write speed of 928.7 MB/s. It also has random read and write speeds of 452 MB/s and 347 MB/s respectively. I also expected at least 8 GB of RAM here, at least a 6000 mAh battery and quad speakers.
