If you’re looking for a cheap tablet with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean preinstalled and a 7 inch display there aren’t many products on the market to choose from. One of them is the Ainol Novo 7 Crystal, that relies on an AmLogic 8726-M6 processor (Cortex A9 1.5 GHz CPU and Mali 400 GPU), 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of storage.

The Crystal features a 7 inch display, an IPS one with a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution. Upfront there’s also a webcam and on the connectivity side we’ve got WiFi, mini USB, mini HDMI and audio jack. Other features include a microSD card slot and a 3700 mAh battery. The device even had room for GPS, back camera, Bluetooth and integrated 3G modem, making this an even better deal at 130 euros in price. Novo 7 Crystal weighs 335 grams and measures 10 mm in thickness.

Ainol Novo 7 Crystal will hit the market on September 28th for the above mentioned price, while another newly announced Ainol model, the Elf II will come at 120 euros. Ainol has been busy recently, also announcing the Novo 7 Aurora II, Tornado, Mars and Flame tablets.
