Adobe is preparing to offer experts who work with graphics design, urban planning and other similar fields some new tools to operate with. I’m talking about the Mighty Pen digital stylus and about the Napoleon Ruler, both shown below.
The devices were said to be coming this Christmas, but they have been pushed back to the first half of 2014. These products were shown in concept phase back in May, so it’s a long way from the project to the execution. The accessories have been designed to work with the Creative Cloud mobile apps, available on the iPad and iPhone.
Project Mighty is also pretty similar to Wacom’s tools, that come with a toll selector butotn and pressure sensitive options. The Project Napoleon will be a ruler, that will extend straight or curved guidelines, that can be traced on the tablet’s interface using the stylus above. Pricing and an exact launch date have yet to be announced.
