Remember Acer? There was a time when this brand made smartphones, tablets and a ton of mobile devices. Lately, they’ve been all about laptops, desktops, gaming monitors and other such devices. Now they’re back with a brand new tablet, the Acer Iconia iM11 5G, a tablet with an 11.45 inch screen and a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor.
The device has just debuted on the Indian market, with an atypical diagonal of 11.45 inches and an IPS LCD panel, that has a 2220 x 1440 pixel resolution and 450 nits peak brightness. The slate is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor, together with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. As the name shows, the product offers 5G support, as well as 4G, plus Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2.
There’s also GPS, in case you were wondering. There’s a fingerprint scanner here, integrated into the Power button. At the back we find a 16 megapixel shooter and a 2 MP Macro camera, while upfront there’s an 8 MP shooter for videocalls. The device uses a rather small 7400 mAh battery, that charges at 18W via wire. Acer also throws in an active stylus for the Iconia iM11 5G, with 4096 levels of pressure.
You can also get a keyboard cover for the machine. All of this is crammed within a 7.85 mm thick body, that weighs 535 grams. It comes in blue and silver and runs on Android 15. The price is right: $249.
