OPPO is said to be preparing a new type of tablet, a Mini one, that sports an 8.8 inch screen. It’s dubbed OPPO Pad Mini and it’s supposed to be some sort of rival for the Huawei MatePad Mini. We have more intel below.
This is just one of the two tablets that OPPO has been working on. One of them is the OPPO Pad 5 Pro, which is pretty much a flagship and one is this Pad Mini. The info about it comes from reliable tipster Digital Chat Station. The device packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, not the Elite kind and also an 8 MP front camera, as well as a 13 megapixel back shooter.
The device is slim and light one, that provides balanced performance. It will be available in four configurations:
- 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage
- 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage
- 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage
- 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage
It’ll also be sold in Monet Purple, Dawn Gold and Mocha Brown. OPPO is said to host an event in China in April to unveil the Find X9 Ultra and that’s where the new tablets may drop. We could see them rebranded as OnePlus Pad 3 Pro and OnePlus Pad Mini.
