Samsung’s Notebook 9 Pen and the Notebook 9 Pro have finally received launch dates, after their December 2018/ January 2019 announcements. We also have prices, final specs lists and versions of the devices. They’ll come on March 17th, at least in USA.

Samsung Notebook 9 Pen is a convertible laptop with a touchscreen display and rotating 360 degree hinge. It supports pen input via an S Pen, that slides into a slot on the device. The product starts at $1399 in the 13.3 inch version and goes go $1599 in the 15 inch version. The small one weighs 2.5 pounds and the big one 3.3 pounds.

Specs include a 13.3 inch Full HD display with 500 nits of brightness, a Core i7 CPU and 8 GB of RAM, plus 512 GB of storage. There’s also a 54 Wh battery with fast charge, two Thunderbolt 3 ports and one USB Type-C. We also get a microSD card slot, UFS storage and a fingerprint reader, doubled by the face recognition. The 15 inch model goes higher with specs, including 1 TB of storage.

Samsung Notebook 9 Pro was unveiled in January and now goes on sale for $1099 and up. It also supports a stylus, an Active Pen, but it doesn’t have a slot for it. The screen is a 13.3 inch Full HD unit, accompanied by a Core i7 CPU, up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. A microSD card slot is also here, plus Thunderbolt and USB Type-C ports. An Active Pen and fingerprint reader is also here. It all weighs 2.8 pounds.
