Supposedly, you’ll be able to cancel that plan immediately and have fun with the device any way you want. The bad news? You’ll pay an extra of $20 on the first day of purchase and since we’re into details, Valentine’s Day sales are not expected for the Xoom and Thunderbolt, so you should wait till the 24th.
