When a solid tablet isn’t enough anymore, it’s time to bling it out, right? Straight out of the Samsung “customs” comes the Galaxy TabPro S in a new Gold Edition, with extra RAM, storage and a gold finish.

The 2 in 1 device that ruled the headlines of the segment together with the Huawei MateBook earlier this year brings a bundled full size keyboard, Windows 10 and an Intel CPU. It’s a 12 incher with a bright Super AMOLED panel, sporting a 2160 x 1440 pixel resolution. Inside we find the Intel Core M3 CPU, clocked at 2.2 GHz and frankly speaking, I was also expecting an upgrade in this area.

8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of SSD storage are the actual upgrades and the whole gear weighs 1.53 pounds, without keyboard. Unveiled at CES, the product gets a new lease on life and has the modern connectivity options: USB Type C, WiFi, Bluetooth and more. It’s got a 5200 mAh battery, supposed to offer over 10 hours of video and it brings a pair of 5 MP cameras.

The new gold model goes for $99.99, while the older one with half the storage and RAM goes for $799, a price cut of $100.
