In a move expected by everyone, Microsoft announced today that it will be selling its Surface devices with Windows 10 preinstalled. The Surface Pro 3 recently got a price reduction of $150, that should be ending soon.

Meanwhile, the product page for the Surface 3 shows that there’s Windows 10 Home Edition installed on the slate. The Surface Pro 3 page also shows that Windows 10 Pro is running on the higher end devices. Microsoft seems really excited to be pushing Windows 10 to its hardware products, once again proving they can’t wait to leave Windows 8 and 8.1 in the dust.

The Surface 3 starts at $449.99 and comes with a 10.8 inch touch display, 64 GB of storage, a quad core Intel CPU, USB 3.0 port and a microSD card slot. Meanwhile, the Surface Pro 3 most basic model is priced at $799, with a Core i3 CPU, 64 GB storage and 4 GB of RAM.
