LG is apparently preparing a new phablet for release next month, probably at MWC. This is the follow-up of the LG Optimus G Pro and it will be called LG G Pro 2. The device will have some very appealing specs, listed below.

We should be dealing with a 6 inch Full HD unit with 3 GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 800 processor. The last time this model was in the news, it was supposed to have a 5.9 inch display with a 2K resolution and now we learn of a potential Mobile World Congress unveiling, with Android KitKat on board. It would be strange for LG to release this phablet with just a Full HD resolution, since we know they like to push the norm every time.

All big flagships this year should jump to 2K resolutions and there are probably a lot of panels made for them, even some with a 6 inch diagonal. With the Samsung Galaxy S5 rumored for a pre MWC event debut, LG must really do something crazy to amaze us. We have yet to learn what camera the phablet will use or if it will have a stylus or not.
