Another day, another iPad clone… once again made in China, but this time based on a high end Freescale chip and dissected as shown in the images below. The device relies on an 8 inch touch display and it’s certainly an above average device. The iPad clone runs Android 2.1 on top of a 800 MHz CPU, that can be overclocked to 1GHz.
On the specs list you’ll also find 512MB RAM, Flash memory, up to 16GB of microSD memory and a screen with a 800 x 480 pixel resolution. Rumor has it that this device will be able to reveal its size. As far as power is concerned, this tablet uses two batteries, that should provide around 4-5 hours of fun. There’s also a resistive display on the hardware list and we should mention that this is a prototype, so specs might change over time.
