Medion Akoya P2212T is a multimode touch notebook with a 11.6 inch Full HD screen and a keyboard dock, plus Windows 8.1 on board. The device is priced at 399 euros and it’s also known under the codename MD 99288.
This is supposed to be an alternative to the ASUS Transformer Book T100, apparently. Medion Akoya P2212T packs a 11.6 inch IPS panel, with wide view angles and good brightness. The CPU inside is an Intel Bay Trail M quad core 1.6 GHz CPU and we also get 2 GB of RAM, a 64 GB SSD and a microSD card slot.
There’s a full USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and micro HDMI port on board and in case you’re wondering, Office 2013 is not available here. Other specs include WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and the keyboard dock has pretty large and comfy keys. The dock offers extra battery and apparently a 500 HDD installed within it. The battery life here is about 10 hours and the drawback here is the thickness and weighs: 1.2 cm in thickness and 840 grams.
