Gigaset is a German company that shows us Europe can generate some pretty nice tablets. One of them is the freshly announced model QV1030, a Tegra 4 slate with a 10.1 inch 2560 x 1600 pixel display.
The device measures 8.9 mm in thickness, runs Android 4.2.2 and will be priced at about $500 when it comes to the European market next month. Other specs include 16 GB of storage, a microSD card slot, an 8 megapixel camera at the back and a front 1.2 megapixel shooter. The battery is a 9000 mAh unit here and everything is packed inside an aluminum shell that looks pretty elegant.
The Tegra 4 CPU inside has a 1.8 GHz frequency and it comes with the Nvidia GeForce ULP 72 core solution for graphics. We’ve also got Bluetooth 4.0 support, WiFi, MIMO and microUSB. Nice to see a powerful tablet camera with a flash for once…
