Sharp is getting ready to launch a new Android MID in Japan via the NTT DoCoMo local carrier. The device looks very much like ISO1, its predecessor and we learn that the newcomer sports a 5.3 megapixel rear camera and a 4.3 megapixel front facing one. There’s also a 5 inch display on board and a full QWERTY keyboard.

The MID’s maker went with the clamshell design and we now know that the SH-10B comes with WiFi, Bluetooth and support for HSDPA connectivity. The LYNX also packs 3.4MB of inernal storage, plus it’s able to access the Android Market and NTT DoCoMo’s download store.

Expect the device to debut on July 23rd and sadly we have no info if it’ll ever leave Japan.
