We get our share of East European tablets here at Tablet News, some of the better, some of them really poor, but this model caught our eye. I’m talking about the Evolio Evotab HD, that’s unboxed in the video below, for you all to see.

First things first: this is a Romanian tablet and such devices usually get uninspired and bland white boxes, but the packaging of the Evotab HD actually looks and feels nice, sort of like a motherboard or graphics card package. This device comes bundled with headphones, USB cable, charger and manual and it’s a 7 inch tablet with dual core Cortex A9 processor at 1.5 GHz.

There’s a TFT LCD display on board, with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, accompanied by 1 GB of RAM (DDR3) and 8 GB of flash storage. We also get a 2 megapixel shooter at the back and a front 0.3 megapixel cam. This product measures 8.9 mm in thickness, packs a HDMI port and weighs 330 grams. We’ll be back with a review ASAP, but thinks are looking nice so far.
