The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 tablet series was supposed to debut at MWC 2013, but for some reason that didn’t happen. We had a lot of leaks related to the tablet series, even the packaging of one of the models, at some point. And today we get yet another proof that the devices exist.
We know for sure that the newcomers will have DLNA technology on board, since they’ve just received certification for that. In the official database associated with the certification we find 9 models, all of them different, 3 per each type of unit. We’ve got a 10.1 inch Galaxy Tab 3 dubbed the GT-P52xx and the Galaxy 3 7 inch dubbed GT-P32xx, plus the mystery Galaxy Tab 3 Plus, with the codename GT-P82xx.
These models include WiFi + 3G versions, WiFi only versions and WiFi + 3G/4G LTE versions. The Galaxy Tab 3 Plus is rumored to bring a 2560 x 1600 pixel display and be one of the higher end tablets made by Samsung. We may even see an Exynos 5 Octa CPU on board, but that remains to be seen…
