Worldwide Business Network Limited, a company I’ve never heard of just announced a new tablet called the Inch Avior, probably the lightest 7 inch tablet in the world. It runs Android 4.0 ICS and you can check it out in the images below.
The product is only available in Russia for now, priced at $109 and for that amount you get a slate that’s 277 grams heavy and packs a 7 inch capacitive touch display, plus a 1 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of storage. This model measures 10.4 mm in thickness and it features a 1 GHz Allwinner A13 processor, plus it supports a 800 x 480 pixel resolution. There’s also a VGA camera on board, 1 GB of DDR3 RAM, 4 GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot.
As far as communications go, we get WiFi, USB, a Li-Pol 2800 mAh battery, an accelerometer, built in microphone and speaker. I like how the device is slightly rounded, a feature you don’t see on tablets everyday now. Hopefully the materials used here are quality, although for this price… I can’t vouch for that.
