There’s a new tablet in Russia, an interesting model called iRU Pad Master, that features a 10.1 inch display and Android 4.0. It also gets 3G support and its screen supports a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and obviously multitouch. The slate relies on the Cortex A8 processor with a frequency of 1.2 GHz and runs on Android 4.0.3.

It also has 1 GB of DDR3 memory and 8 GB of internal memory for storage. iRU Pad Master offers support for all popular audio, video and image files and you can connect it to the TV or monitor via the mini HDMI connector. iRU Pad Master 10.1 is also good for reading e-books in various formats and on the connectivity side, 3G and WiFi will connect you to the Internet. The product also comes with GPS, G Sensor and a 2 megapixel camera.

It does 1080p video playback and even supports MKV and FLAC files. The battery inside is a 3500 mAh unit, good enough for about 8 hours of use. All of that is crammed into a 15 mm thick device, that weighs 600 grams. Sadly we have no price for this device, or launch date.
