With CES a mere week away, it’s no wonder that various tablets and gadgets have started leaking. One of them is the ASUS Eee Memo Pad, that was supposed to debut last year, after being showcased during a couple of trade shows. This one is a 7 inch device and you can find out more about its hardware after the break:

The tablet ships with a 1.2GHz dual core Snadpragon processor, it offers 16GB to 64GB of storage, 3G connectivity, WiFi and a 1280 x 800 screen resolution. The sad news is that this model is supposed to be an Asia-only launch, as inside sources confirm. No one knows exactly what version of Android this model will run, but my bet is that Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich will be on board. Rumors say that ASUS is also preparing a cheaper 7 inch tablet, some sort of Transformer for the lower end market.

Meanwhile, we’re still waiting on that ASUS PadFone, the tablet-phone combo that was shown last year and it’s been gone since. ASUS must’ve tweaked it to the requirements of the modern day, after showing it to the world at Computex 2011. A debut is expected in February 2012, but don’t bet any money on that date just yet…
