After Xiaomi introduced last week their first Android tablet called MiPad, now we can take a little look on a bunch of hands-on photos with the device. Also, the guys from Xiaomi released a introduction video with the MiPad slate. As we saw last week, the Xiaomi tablet looks a little bit similar to the iPad Mini tablet but instead using an aluminium case, the MiPad uses a colorful polycarbonate case which remind us of iPhone 5c.
The Xiaomi MiPad packs a 7.9 inch display with a 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution, a quad-core Nvidia Tegra K1 processor clocked at 2.2 GHz, 16 or 64 GB of storage, a microSD card slot up to 128 GB, a 8 megapixel rear camera with a f/2.0 aperture and a 5 megapixel front-facing camera.
We also get a capable 6700 mAh battery that promises to keep running all day long using several functions of the tablet. Xiaomi MiPad will have a pricetag of $239 for the 16 GB model and a $272 pricetag for the 64 GB model. Tell us what you think about this new chinese tablet in the comments section below.
