Wikipad has launched a nifty new accessory for Android games. It’s called Gamevice and it’s a detachable game controller for Android devices. The product is pictured below and sadly it doesn’t have a price yet.
The iOS devices have been getting such releases a lot over the past years, but now it’s the turn of Android to deal with some evolved gaming. The Wikipad Gamevice encloses the Android device and allows the user to only access the screen, so I’m guessing the ports and slots are off limits when the “jacket” is strapped on.
This accessory features a comfortable setup for gaming and offers dual analog sticks, a D Pad, 4 analog action buttons and shoulder buttons. We don’t have a launch date and Wikipad claims that a prototype is not yet ready for CES showcasing, so we’re in for a longer wait.
