The kids tablet segment has been receiving a lot of entries lately, from the likes of Samsung, Archos and many more brands, including some big retailers. Now you can find on Best Buy a model called Vinci MV 7, a tablet that sports a 7 inch screen and has a price tag of $199.99.
The device is on par at this price with some pretty serious players on the slate market, with big specs attached to their products. For example you can get a decent Nexus 7 for the same price, so let’s see what this model has to offer. The Vinci MV 7 tablet has no commercials, no in app purchases, no violence and adult content, apparently.
It comes with 3G connectivity, WiFi, GPS and 3G (WCDMA and GSM). Its CPU is a MediaTek MTK 6755 with integrated GPU and the OS here is Android 4.1. The 7 inch screen supports a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels and offers multitouch. The tablet also ships with a leather case, travel charger and earphones with built in microphone.
