Welcome to the world of expensive Android tablets, with the latest being the Toshiba Regza AT703, packing a Tegra 4 CPU and Retina Display. The device was just released in Japan and it packs a 10.1 inch display.

The product supports a 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution and relies on the quad core Tegra 4 SoC clocked at 1.8 GHz. There’s also the ULV GeForce graphics solution on board and Android 4.2 is the OS of choice. 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of flash storage and a microSD card slot are all included. Wireless connectivity is handled by WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0, as well as USB 2.0 and HDMI.

There are two cameras available here: a 12 megapixel sensor at the back and a crazy 8 megapixel front camera. The battery life is said to be 9.5 hours and the charge time 4.5 hours. Overall, the product weighs 670 grams and it measures 105 mm in thickness. It will dig into your pocket and “steal” $920.
